Welcome to this introductory post concerning my video and multimedia work. My role in the development of these products has either been producer, writer, or both. The links and photos I provide for these works reveal a range of styles, formats, and executions. More important, they show some of the remarkable individuals I have had the pleasure of meeting, and places I have seen. I shall begin with a six-minute demo for my previous company, The 21st Communications Company.
International documentary work is represented in Agents of Change, produced in November 2008 for Newmont Ghana Gold Limited, a subsidiary of Newmont Mining Corporation.
After founding Green Streets, I have produced a number of short news clips pertaining to sustainability. This includes a closeup look at the world of trash, art pieces and couture hewn from the trashcan, and the composting of food waste where worms have the role of heroes.
There are also green works I have been fortunate enough to discover, such as the economically inspirational jute mat project, Muhammad Bin Abubakar has launched with Newmont in Ghana.
Then there are various corporate works, such as the Piceance Basin Pipeline Project from EnCana Oil & Gas, or a mine safety orientation for Newmont Mining in Utah, and online multimedia training program for understanding malaria.
